Done-with-you LinkedIn outreach for consultants, agencies, and founders who sell B2B
One email every morning. Ten minutes. Your pipeline grows.
We find the right people, learn what they posted this week, and write the connection note in your voice. You read one email, press send, and get on with your day. No tool ever touches your LinkedIn account.
Acceptance rate is from our own account: 21 of 39 cold requests accepted, September 2026, to people who had never heard of us.
LinkedIn gives you two bad options
Do it by hand
Open LinkedIn with good intentions. Scroll. Search. Read a profile, try to think of something to say, give up, answer a DM instead. An hour later you have sent four requests and you dread tomorrow.
Let a bot do it
Automation tools send hundreds of requests that all sound the same. LinkedIn is restricting those accounts every week, and the people you reach can tell. You get the volume and lose the account.
There is a third way. Keep the human where it matters, the send button, and take everything else off your plate: finding the people, reading what they wrote, drafting the note, tracking who accepted.
How a day works
At 7:00 an email lands with your prospects for the day, a note for each one, and a link to your queue. This is what the queue looks like. Press the buttons.

Maya R.
Grant strategy consultant · Denver
Their post this week
“Most nonprofits I meet do not have a funding problem. They have a clarity problem, and another grant will not fix it.”
Note to send, in your voice
Hi Maya. Happy Tuesday! Your take that most nonprofits have a clarity problem, not a funding problem, before chasing another grant is spot on. Love that you push clients toward strategy first. Would be honored if you added me to your network here. :)

Their post this week
“Founders ask me for a fundraising model. What they need first is a 13-week cash view. Boring, but it is the thing that keeps you alive.”
Note to send, in your voice
Hi Daniel. Happy Tuesday! Your point that founders ask for a fundraising model when a 13-week cash view is what keeps them alive was a great read. Love that you lead with the boring, useful thing. Would be honored if you added me to your network here. :)

“Hosted 40 founders last night. Zero slides, one long table. Every sponsor who came left with a meeting on the calendar.”
Note to send, in your voice
Hi Priya. Happy Tuesday! Forty founders, zero slides, one long table, and every sponsor leaving with a meeting booked is exactly how events should work. Love the format. Would be honored if you added me to your network here. :)

Try it. Nothing here touches LinkedIn. The real queue works the same way.
Step 1
Open the email
Up to 20 people, each with what they posted and the note to send.
Step 2
Read the note
Does it sound like you? Usually yes. Change a word if not.
Step 3
Send it yourself
Copy, paste into LinkedIn, mark it sent. About fifteen seconds each.
Step 4
We track the rest
Acceptances flow back into your dashboard on their own. You talk to the people who said yes.
What runs before you wake up
The email is the part you touch. This is the part you never have to.
We find people who posted this week
Not a list bought from a database. We search your niche for people who match your ideal client and were active on LinkedIn in the last few days, and we keep the text of what they wrote. Active people see the request, read the note, and answer. Dormant profiles do none of that.
We write one note per person, from a playbook built on your voice
On the onboarding call we learn how you actually talk to strangers, then we read your posts and your best messages and write your Connection Playbook. Every note follows it: greeting, a specific reaction to what they posted, one line of appreciation, and the only ask, which is Accept. No pitch. No “let's chat.”
When you edit a note before sending, you can save what you actually sent. The playbook learns from those edits, so the drafts get closer to you every week instead of staying a guess.
We measure who accepts, without touching your account
LinkedIn emails you when someone accepts. Those emails forward to your dashboard, which moves the person to Connected and updates your acceptance rate. Targeting and writing get sharper every batch because we can see what worked.
Why the notes get accepted
It arrives while they are active
They posted this week, so they are checking LinkedIn this week. The request lands while they are looking.
It is about them
The note quotes the thing they actually said. It reads like a person who saw one post and liked it, because that is exactly what happened.
It asks for nothing
No pitch, no link, no meeting request. The only ask is Accept. The conversation, and your profile, do the selling after that.

Your first two weeks
Day 1
Onboarding call, 60 minutes
Who you want to reach: role, sector, region, what they talk about, and who to skip. How you sound when you message a stranger. What you have sold before and to whom.
Days 2 to 4
Playbook and first batch, for your review
You get your Connection Playbook and a sample list of prospects with their posts. You tell us “yes, these are my people” or what to change. Nothing is sent yet.
Day 5
Go live
Your dashboard login, your first morning email, and a five-minute setup so acceptances flow back automatically.
Day 12
One-week check-in
What was the experience like, what is accepting, what to adjust in the voice or the targeting. On Pipeline + Funnel, this becomes your weekly call.
Who this is for
A good fit
✓Consultants, agencies, and fractional executives whose clients are on LinkedIn
✓Founders selling a B2B service or sponsorship worth a few thousand dollars or more per deal
✓People whose best sales come from conversations, and who can hold one once it starts
✓Anyone who has been meaning to do this for a year and has not
Not a fit
–You want hundreds of requests a day. That is what gets accounts restricted, and we will not do it.
–You sell something under a few hundred dollars. The math does not work for you.
–You cannot find ten minutes a day. The system needs a person at the send button.
Common questions
Will this put my LinkedIn account at risk?
No. Nothing logs into your account and nothing sends on your behalf. You send every request yourself, at a volume LinkedIn treats as normal, with a note written for that one person. That is the whole safety story, and it is not an implementation detail we would trade for speed.
What if the notes don't sound like me?
The first draft of your playbook gets you most of the way. Then two things fix the rest: you tell us what you would never say, and you save the edited version of anything you change before sending. The drafts learn from real sends, not from a questionnaire.
How much time does it really take?
Ten to fifteen minutes a day to read the email and send the notes. Plus the conversations with people who accept, which is the part you wanted in the first place.
Do I need Sales Navigator or Premium?
Not Sales Navigator. LinkedIn Premium is worth it: longer connection notes and more room before LinkedIn asks you to slow down. We will tell you if your plan is limiting the notes and adjust the length.
Can I keep sending my own requests too?
Yes. Around twenty requests a day is the comfortable total. If you need some of those for your own invitations, we lower the daily batch to fit.
What do you need from me to start?
One call about who you want to reach. A handful of your own posts or messages that sound like you. Ten minutes a day once we go live. That is the list.
What happens after someone accepts?
On Pipeline, you take it from there and your profile does the pre-selling. On Pipeline + Funnel, we design the path with you: the piece of value you send first, the message that earns the call, and the follow-up for people who went quiet.
Who runs it
Andrey Seas built this system to fill his own pipeline and runs it on his own account every morning before any client sees it. He spent his early career inside ClickFunnels analysing more than a thousand sales funnels, and has been on LinkedIn long enough to have written the connection note formula by hand, years before AI could draft it. You work with him directly.
